Being lost isn't always cause for aggressive driving tactics and white knuckle moments while trying to wrestle your automobile back on track. Accidentally navigating Hwy 64 this past Thursday, my driving blunder payed off with heavenly landscapes and painted orange skies. This landlocked Eastern NC sunset is the envy of any ocean dweller, or coastal tourist, to be certain. I managed to get a few frames from the side of the highway, using my door frame to stabilize the camera. Bragging mountains in the West, the sea on the East, and landscapes such as this in between, it's no secret that North Carolina is truly an amazing place to live. Sometimes it just takes an accidental wrong turn to realize the beauty that's lying undiscovered in your own back yard.
